This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how Tyria LLC ("Tyria," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit our website at https://www.tyriacore.app/ (the "Site") or otherwise interact with us online.
If you are using Tyria's SaaS platform (for example, TyriaCore) through a business customer relationship, additional terms may apply (such as a Data Processing Agreement or Business Associate Agreement).
1. Information We Collect
A) Information you provide
- Contact information (name, email, phone number, company name, job title)
- Communications (messages, inquiry details, support or sales communications)
- Form submissions (demo requests, pricing inquiries, newsletter sign-ups if offered)
B) Information collected automatically
When you access the Site, our servers (and/or our hosting and security providers) may automatically receive:
- Device and usage information (IP address, browser type, device type, referring/exit pages, pages viewed, timestamps)
- Security and diagnostic logs necessary to operate and protect the Site
Important: We currently do not use analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) or advertising pixels to track your activity across websites for marketing or behavioral advertising.
C) Information from third parties
We may receive business contact information from referrals, resellers/partners, or public sources where permitted by law.
2. How We Use Information
We use information for:
- operating, maintaining, and securing the Site;

- scheduling demos and communicating about Tyria products and services;

We do not sell personal information for money and we do not share mobile opt-in data or SMS consent with third parties for marketing purposes.

We do not currently use cookies for third-party analytics measurement or behavioral advertising.

A) California (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you may have rights to request access, deletion, and correction of certain personal information we collect, subject to applicable exceptions.
No sale/share for cross-context behavioral advertising: We do not sell personal information for money and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as part of operating this Site.

B) EEA/UK (GDPR / UK GDPR)
If you are located in the EEA or UK, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to processing, and request portability of your personal data, subject to applicable law.

Legal bases: We generally process personal data based on legitimate interests (operating and securing the Site, responding to inquiries), consent (where required), contractual necessity (where applicable), and legal obligations.
10. Marketing Communications and SMS Choices
You may opt out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link (if included) or by contacting us at support@tyria.app. We may still send non-marketing communications needed to respond to your request or provide operational notices.
For SMS messaging, you can opt out at any time by replying "STOP." For assistance, reply "HELP" or contact support at support@tyria.app.
11. Children's Privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
12. Google Sign-In and Google User Data
If you sign in using Google, we receive account information that Google makes available to us based on your permissions, typically including your name, email address, profile image, and Google account identifier.
We use this data only to authenticate your account, help secure access, and operate the requested TyriaCore experience. We do not sell Google user data.
You can revoke TyriaCore's access to your Google account at any time through your Google account security settings. If you need help removing associated account data, contact support@tyria.app.
Tyria's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date reflects the effective date. Your continued use of the Site after updates means you accept the updated Policy.
